Our main objective is to satisfy our customers by exchanging, repairing or refunding items that don’t meet your satisfaction or needs, where possible.
All items will be under a 15 day return policy, unless otherwise noted in the list below.
Cell phones – 15 days or half your plan usage. Must be in box/original packaging, no damage, and in resalable condition.
The following items are to be returned unopened or return will be declined:
- Software (video games, computers games, antivirus, etc.)
- Headgear (headphones, phone headsets, Bluetooth headsets, etc.)
- Media products (disks, USB drives, memory cards, etc.)
When a return is authorized by management, a restocking fee may apply.
Restocking fees will be deducted from the total credit amount in the event items are returned missing any of the original packaging, manuals, accessories, use of product, etc. If product is missing any of the above noted items, return may be refused
Final sale on all Clearance items.
No return on Apple products under any circumstances unless authorized by management.
No returns on laptops, desktop computers or tablets unless authorized by management.
Service such as satellite service calls, installations and delivery charges are non-refundable if service has already been performed.
Prepaid cell service activation fees are non-refundable once a number has been issued, if still waiting for a phone number to be issued, we can refund the full activation fee. Once prepaid minutes have been printed, these too are non-refundable.
All returns must be accompanied with a receipt. Returns must also have the following information on the return slip; name, phone number and signature.
All product (defective or non-defective) must be returned in their original packaging, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards (if applicable), manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.
