- Shipping & Delivery
- Once the order has been received, we will contact you with the invoice total including shipping costs. We ship with Canada Post and Wasay Air. Your purchased items will ship within one business day, once payment has been received. Items purchased that require local delivery will be delivery according to our delivery schedule.
- Privacy & Security
- The security of your personal information is of the utmost importance, we will never share your personal data. Information collected will only be used for business between youself and Oshtugon.
- Returns & Replacements
- Oshtugon has a “Hassle Free” returns policy. Simply stop in at one of our locations with the item and your receipt. Defective products will be exchanged or refunded. Warranty issues will be processed as per the manufacturers procedures. Other purchased products that are being returned will be refunded within 30 days, provided it is in resalable condition. Some conditions apply, please contact us for further information.

- We have access to an impressive selection of products. If you require something and are unable to find it, please contact us and we will do our best to locate it for you.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We will price match any local competitor on any product (excluding cell phones) as long as we can confirm the model numbers are identical.
- At this time, online payments are not accepted. Credit cards will be processed in store for online orders. Other options such as check, money order, and PayPal are available. Please contact us for details.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view your orders in the “My Account” section. If there is an error in your order please notify us so we can correct it before the order is shipped.
- Updating Account Information
- We do our best to keep our records up to date, but if you see something that needs updating, please let us know, or click on “My Account” at the top of the page to manage your account.
